Bullies tend to stop when they are made to deal with resistance. Every time. But today we teach “telling an adult” rather than “standing your ground”. There is nothing an adult can do to stop a bully from being one. By law if the child is confronted and disciplined in any way other than a “suspension” of privileges and “re-education” efforts the adult can be sued. But if that bully knows beyond a doubt that pushing you results in a smack in the face they stop.Yeah, I’m a neanderthal. But no one bullies me or mine.
