    ♫ “OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOklahoma
where the wind comes sweepin’ down the plain,
and the wavin’ wheat can sure sure smell sweet,
when the wind comes right behind the rain” ♫
    …………………………………………………………
♫ “Poor Judd is dead poor Judd Fry is dead,
all gather round his coffin now and cry” ♫

Clark Kent: Oscar blew it. I live 15 miles from Oklahoma and I can assure you the wind comes first (from microbursts) and stays after the rain comes – at least with a gully-washer. With a drizzle-druzzle, the wind doesn’t come at all.

I wouldn’t be ok with living in OK during the tornado season.
