    It was when I went to school, but this new math confuses me. The J.A.M. is correct. As an expression the answer is ‘A case of beer’

    But ‘product’ means to multiply. JAM is correct. Obviously cartoonists are not good at math.

    Math majors know how to do word problems.

    This is tough stuff for her grade level. At her age I was adding 2+2. I didn’t see this stuff until college. But my sports training was quite thorough. It’s like they had a plan for everyone to be a professional trainer at my schools.
