Although the Sunday strip is independent of the daily strip, whether by conicidence or by design, today’s strip could logically follow yesterday’s.

@Stevero: You beat me to it. I believe today’s strip is a direct continuation from Sunday’s strip. How else could it be logical? A first!

It isn’t like her to make such a dumb comment…it’s more in Slim’s line.

I didn’t think she was that dumb…must run in the family.

Has Clovia had a stroke or something? Since when was she such an idiot?

I never knew stupidity was contagious.
But it looks like Clovia caught it from her husband.

My ex-wife had the same philosophy that Clovia has. Until I got tired of working two full-time jobs and 90-plus hours a week for years at a time. She found out the truth of home economics after the divorce.

Too bad Slim gave it to the church. It’s would have been a nice down payment on a new Montezooba Triple Super 8 car.

Maybe Clovia is just kidding. He’s more likely to be the one who is saying, “I gave unto Caeser.” Looking back at Friday’s strip, she has the right attitude of faith in giving.

Yes, I meant, Saturday’s strip.
Night-Gaunt49 said, 7 months ago
Clovia doesn’t speak like that. It is just plain stupid, which means it is Slim’s line.

The only thing that’s blank is what’s in your brain, Clovia!

Have we abandoned the crushed truck/sports car story line?
