The debt will be defaulted on – math doesn’t lie. We’re printing with nothing to back it and borrowing now to keep up appearances, but we’re spending more than we take in due to liberal policies. And liberals are too stupid to understand this simple math!

" we’re spending more than we take in due to liberal policies."

Truly? The libs are solely responsible? What about the Republican mantra of cutting income (taxes), and then borrowing to cover costs that are increased unnecessarily (like two unfunded wars in the Middle East, Department of Homeland Security, $12 Billion in cash sent with Paul Bremer to Iraq, which he lost every cent of within less than a year and couldn’t account for it)?

This is NOT to say that liberal policies did not contribute, but you cannot factually say that all of he debt is due to liberals alone. If you do, you undermine your posts.

Have you heard day one only 6 people signed up for Obamacare, while there is a complete refusal to release the total number of sign ups at all, that can’t be right President Obama said his Administration will be the most transparent in history.

I can’t believe the conceit of President Obama and his Administration, this law is passed, that outlaws perfectly fine insurance, then when that insurance is canceled, he says it is not the government’s fault, it is the insurance companies. Using a turn of a phrase to lie is still lying.

“The Republicans weren’t responsible for the government shutdown.”
    .
True, but they DID get the blame so it still makes the cartoon accurate.

The elephant will break the other leg when the debt ceiling talks in Feb come up and the Obamacare website is running.

Oh, please. The Republicans caused the government shut down. That’s why they are being blamed. They had the bill needed to keep government open on John Boehner’s desk a week before the shut down, and they even had the votes to pass it, but didn’t bring it up. Because they saw America as a valuable hostage to overturn the results of elections that they could not win. Thank goodness the Democrats called their bluff and struck a strong blow for constitutional democracy. Elections have consequences.

Obama and the dems have spent more in less then 5 years then Bush did in 8 and a lot of that was after the dems got in congress after 2006.By the time Obama is out of office he and the dem controlled senate will have doubled the debt in 8 years. As much as all previous administrations from 1776 to 2009.

Never said that the democrats didn’t contribute. My only point was that they were not the only ones to contribute, as libsmasher seemed to be implying. Thanks for your understanding.

Incorrect. It was the TPRs that told Boehner not to go through with the Grand Deal he made with Pres. Obama.
