Now it turns out that the empty suit knew all along that he was lying directly to the American people about how this disaster would play out.

    Isn’t that grounds for impeachment?

By boring the intelligent and educated into disinterest?

Is that from “How to Campaign” by B. Obama?

What have we said that’s a lie or a fantasy? (Not that I’m acknowledging your misnomer as being a “troll”…)

Ok Mr. intelligent and educated why don’t you give an argument as to why President Obama did not know. Oh I forgot, your Mr. Marginalize.

“The Post Office was supposed to be profitable. Instead service keeps getting worse while UPS and FedEx manage to be profitable and offer excellent service in comparison.”
The Post Office could be profitable, except that Congress seems intent on killing it- for example, forcing it to fund pensions for the next 70 years. Have you ever heard of a private company doing that?
    .
“The Department of Education has found new ways to make education standards so low that it is to be expected to have high school graduates unable to pass a first grade test from 100 years ago.”
Remind me again which state voted to outlaw critical-thinking classes? Oh, right, Texas, that bastion of liberalism.
    .
The Tea Party runs on a simple platform: “Government is useless; vote for me and I’ll prove it!”. They make noises about making government “more efficient” and making people “more self-reliant”, but in practice their method is to secure and increase the benefits that they and theirs get, and strip away anything that protects the “other” from their predations.

“And another sentence to the fence post…OUR postal service does NOT have to earn money…it only has to serve the people….as opposed to UPS and FedEx , who must serve the $monied$ interests.”
    .
Deep breath… You are right. The post office also has to serve areas that wouldn’t be profitable for UPS or FedEx. The USPS is probably the best functioning govt. agency.

Too bad we can’t go back and make him fight for Single Payer instead of giving it up gratis. Like the liar he is. He has no real interest in Liberals or liberality. He is too much of a fan of Cons. But even the TPR’s have gone too far.

So far I just see Capitalist screw ups getting bailed out by our govt. No prosecutions of crimes committed.

USPS not only earns money, but unlike FedEx and UPS they get huge amounts taken out of their profits to fund their retirements for 75 years. Why they run at a loss. No other company has that and it is all the Congress’ fault for doing it.
