    The picture speaks for itself.

What I am concerned about is the fact your comment isn’t that subtle and is sowing seeds of suspicion, precisely being divisive.

You couldn’t help but notice? Really? You …..have a powerful grasp of the blatantly obvious. omQ R is correct. By saying that you are being divisive.

First responder survivors are dying of the aftereffects of being there, and all they get is “no” votes on coverage and endless “Noun-verb-9/11”. Flying a flag a few days a year doesn’t make you a patriot.

    Folks, PLEASE!!
Can’t we just drop this political stuff on this solemn day?
Thanx, Gary, for a beautiful remembrance.

@ PP: Are you delusional? Who would ever want that to happen again? Who has ever said that, even obliquely? You are not only divisive, but really off-base.

The body of the Chaplain was the first recovered from the site. It just makes me think, “who’s side”?

Maybe “arrogance” combined with “ONLY I am right”, should be the real enemy?

Contact congress and tell them to help the first responders, the real heros of 9-11

They did squeeze every rating and vote out of the tragedy. That ’s what politicians do in this day and age.

And truthers squeezed every YouTube view out of both Iraq and 9/11, used it as a shortcut to internet fame.

The cartoon has a lovely tear-jerking quality, but it ignores the complexities of September 11th. The U.S.A. was complicit in the results of that dreadful attack, and, worse, the U.S.A. has practiced terrible attacks, too.

None of that justifies the acts of al-Qaeda, but no one should portray Americans as solely the victims.

“The divisiveness is there my friend and ignoring it won’t stop its venomous advance. If your ears are open you will see it too.”

Of course it’s here. You are helping to spread it with your comments.

Doc – I wouldn’t say you root for it, but you certainly wouldn’t mind it. People of your ilk are kinds who, less than 24 hours after the towers fell, put an application into the City of San Francisco for a protest against retaliation.

The dust and smoke hadn’t even cleared and you kind was protesting against retaliation. To a true American, that’s aiding the enemy, pure and simple…

    And Brian’s comments are a perfect example…

The military retaliation of the wars resulted in somewhere around 240,000 dead, mostly innocents (the sorrow of eighty 9/11’s) ; around 6,000 U.S. soldiers killed; multitudes more people injured, maimed, and dying from malnutrition or lack of treatment; estimated 7.8 million refugees; and an economically weakened America. And what’s to show? Mostly the world being a more dangerous place with Iran the main benefactor of a weakened Iraq.
Maybe there was a better way.
