Gary Markstein cut his cartooning teeth while doodling in the margins of his grade-school homework. The american people are getting the “screw you” message very clear.
C’mon 2014 and lets get rid of the first wave and then in 2016 lets get the country back together.

Republicans say with their actions, do it our way or we destroy the country.

I think Ted Nugent, that great American Republican patriot, had the more cogent response:
I was in Chicago last week. I was in Chicago and said, “Hey, Obama you might want to suck on one of these you punk.” Obama, he’s a piece of shit, and I told him to suck on my machine gun. Let’s hear it for him. And then I was in New York. I said, "Hey, Hillary, you might want to ride one of these into the sunset, you worthless bitch. Since I’m in California, how about [Senator] Barbara Boxer [D-CA], she might want to suck on my machine gun. And [Senator] Dianne Feinstein [D-CA], ride one of these you worthless whore. Any questions?

^ He’ll be our guest at Obama’s State of the Union Address, you know. We are so proud of him.

I love it when the GOP self-immolates.

Obama would not know compromise if it bit him in the ass. It’s “do it my way, elections have consequences!”. They sure do, and we are stuck with this dictator for another 4 years.

You’d prefer Ted Nugent, wouldn’t you.

Lets get it straight. Sequestration was Obama’s suggestion. So he would not have to give any of his plans away. Compromise to Obama means to give him everything he wants. No spending cuts and more taxes. Oh sure, he raised the amount he considers “rich” from 250K to 400K. Big deal. I have not had a COLA for 3 years and face a 20% pay cut thanks to Obama. While he wants to increase Medicaid (not Medicare) and give more money to those who do not / have not worked for a living. Way to go big man.

Excuse me?!
.
What about those who can NOT work because, like me, they are either mentally and/or physically unable to do so? I cannot help being the way I am as I was born with both a mental condition as well as a physical condition that is now making me incapable of working in a “normal” business environment!
The only reason I don’t have Disability right now is because Florida tends to say “NO” right off the bat and make me go through a series of hoops to prove that I cannot work.
Medicaid is not just for those who are unwilling to work. It’s also for those who, for reasons outside anyone’s control, either cannot work NOR can find work.
.
Next time, @bhinkle, get all the facts straight before spouting off such a generality.
