This is why I don’t play video games – I might actually be tempted to try something from the game in real life. I’m pretty sure I’d end up just like Jason.

Turns out Real Life requires more than just great thumb dexterity!

I can take off in the flight simulator on my computer … but I can’t land !!

The way my skateboarding stunts usually end up … it’s probably just as well that it is only a video game!

NEED More Down-Hill…

@dukedoug Some flight sims I’ve flown were harder than flying the real thing. A couple I flew in the 1990s were easier. Although the toughest task I faced was landing my ultralight in a swilling crosswind-quit a handful. Glad I didn’t wind up like Jason.

Question… how do post pictures in comments??

@Zero-Gabriel
save the picture you want. Go to www.tinypic.com upload the pic from your hard drive. Copy the top link that comes up – HTML for websites, I think it’s called. Paste it into the comments. Be sure the pic is no more than 300 pixels wide so it fits in the column or the admins will delete it.Let me know here if you have any probs! Have fun.

Well Jason, you just learned a valuable lesson: when you wipeout in real life it hurts a lot. Same goes for war games: there’s no re-spawning in actual warfare.

Video games should maybe come with a warning that says “DO NOT TRY THIS AT HOME!” Especially for the violent games.
