Andy’s curry loaf sounds delicious… as long it ain’t too spicy (example: ordered a curry at a Thai restaurant for my birthday dinner last year and it was delicious, but the heat was unbearable).

4-star Thai food is just the right amount of kick!

I was on an assignment in Maine a few years ago. We would frequently eat lunch at a Thai restaurant. Whenever we ordered, we would tell the waitress what we wanted AND a number from one to ten on how hot. I always ordered a ONE and it was just bearable (for me), but GOOD!

Once I went to a Hunan restaurant, told the waiter hot as you can make it, my earwax melted. Waiter later told me; “You never eat hear before, so I bring you medium.”

I love spicy foods. I make my own red chili from scratch. I frequently cook with habaneros. I cannot tolerate curry. Not the heat, the flavor. Maybe I’ve just never had any decent Thai food, but curry flavor is not something I care for.

I like curry, but I wouldn’t eat anything that Andy cooks.
