    Sigh. " Summer reruns"? What happened
    to Alex? We left her on the ground, at graduation.

    I remember this particular strip very well…it’s hilarious that Joanie’s first thought upon pondering Leo’s possible parentage is to entertain the possibility that all candidates might take an interest.

    This puts him one up on Beavis and Butt – Head; their dads were only ROADIES for Motley Crue!

    Sometimes you’ve got to take a break and live your life while your mind contemplates the road ahead. You don’t want to be unsure and miss your off-ramp, end up making a big detour.

    @rpmurray

    According to Wikipedia: “Mötley Crüe is an American heavy metal band formed in Los Angeles, California, in 1981.” They, therefore, are more a product of the “greed is good/let’s snort some coke through $100 bills” Reagan era than the “free love/pass that pipe around” Woodstock era. Or, perhaps, the worst of both in one single package (can you tell I’m not impressed by this band?)…
