vote for Mitt Romney will return our country to the failed economic policies of George W. Bush. Moreover, why should we vote for a presidential candidate who has made a pledge to Grover Norquist not to raise taxes if elected? I thought our president makes a pledge to protect, uphold and defend our Constitution instead of making a pledge to a wealthy lobbyist.
I’m a registered Independent but in this election it’s as clear as glass. If you’re a working person and think the Republicans will even slightly represent your best interests, then you better start learning the new Pledge:

It’s the lobbyists (paid by the radical wealthy) that control policy, not their puppets.. the politicians, and certainly not “We the people”. — It doesn’t have to be that way, we can stand up for our rights.
As to which party tends to create jobs historically, this chart shows U.S. Dept of Labor statistics from Kennedy on (including the entire failed “trickle-down” voodoo experiment:
First prove that the GOP is indeed a devil. For the Dems we need no proof other than Obama and the Senate’s record. The GOP boasts completely new faces.
I’ll take the devil that does NOT deny women the right to choose, that does NOT deny men and women the privilege of marrying the man or woman they love, that does NOT spread gibberish about the result of forced rape that DOES believe in science such as evolution and global warming, etc., etc., etc. THAT’S the ‘devil’ I’ll choose.

Bush didn’t have the “gonads” to stand up to her and allowed democratic policy to go through. Big mistake on Bush’s part, however it happened and that is history. History, you conveniently seem to forget. Look at the charts, unemployment did not go up until Pelosi took control.
