Use magnetic horseshoes to grip the can. Bang the top of the can against the fence to jam the nozzle on, or break the nozzle off. Someone in my family did that once; had to run outside with a hairspray can going off all over the place.

I’m not sure which is funnier… the gag in general or the bird’s gag. A two-fer! LOL!
