iMHO… we need universal health care coverage not dependent on one’s employer, zero-interest rate student loans for those who choose to major in health sciences and a focus on educating people toward wellness
Oh, geez, Ima. Every other civilized country in the country has universal access to health care, and all have better health care outcomes than we do, all for less money. That’s unicorns and rainbows? Only in a country where one major political party prefers death to health insurance. Is this the GOP idea of American exceptionalism, that we are exceptional in the level of death we deal to our own citizens? Do you take pride in the highest level of infant, child, and adult mortality in the first world? The only country where you can go bankrupt and lose your house and family if you get sick? (Senior citizens in America actually do very well, but that’s because they have government health care.) And what’s this argument that we can’t extend life to all Americans because we might not have enough doctors? That logic is sick.
Susan, don’t bother trying to reply to @Ima. I think that name is short for “I am a ’bot” because it sounds a lot like the old program ELIZA.When it shows gender and that it’s human, then I’ll revise my view of it. Until then….
