The secret word is * or # to get out of the menu tree. Try #0 or *0 to get a human.
Phone menus seem to be figuring out that all we do is press 0. So many of them don’t acknowledge that anymore.
Who would even consider agent 99, if agent 86 was an option???
Just say anything other than the choices and it will say “I didn’t understand your reply”
Yep, I just keep saying "SH! t* and it seems to work! Most of the time, but not always.
And once again, I will go off on my tyrade, if companies would hire real live people, (real live US Citizens that is) to take all these calls, we could put a GREAT big dent in the unemployment rate.
