I don’t think I’ll look at banana bread the same way ever again! happyathome……..you sure must cook up a storm! That sounds sooooo good! I had regular French toast this a.m., but I think I’ll try your Monte Cristo another time!

I used the last of our home grown red potatoes yesterday for potato salad. They were actually sweet. Can’t wait until we can grow some more!

We just got about 6 inches of snow today! Woo Hoo!

I’ve got this fancy notion we could open a real Big Top Cafe, you know, with comic art on the walls and such.

I don’t like bananas of any kind – and especially not if they’re sweeter. The only fruits I really like are cantaloupe and grapefruit. Nothing terribly sweet about either one.

Poor Knight’s Pudding: Make a jam (jelly to you Americans) sandwich – no butter – then make it into French Toast.

If you wait long enough, do you get banana beer?
