Good Morning, Tribe,We had really good flights to Raleigh. Great weather! And the fun part was when dawn cracked and you could watch the sky lighten……..from 37,000 feet up. That was a treat.

Enjoying our family……….so far Raleigh will only get the peripheral rains from Frankenstorm Sandy. Sure would hate to be in upper North East where the storm will really hit!

We had a hard freeze last night. Maybe this well get all the tree leaves to change color. Some have changed color and fallen off leaving bare limbs and other trees still have green leaves.

Good Morning Jkiss! – That’s quite a change in little time. We had 92° Tuesday and 26° this morning but that was over 3 1/2 days.

Good afternoon Sojo. 26 burrrrrr! Our weather took a nose dive Thursday. The high was 82 and by that evening it was 53 and rainy. Now the highs are in the 50’s and lows are in the 30’s. Can’t say I’m surprised cause here in St. Louis the saying goes, If you don’t like the weather, just wait a few minutes. You’ll like it even less then. Looks like a hot chocolate night tonight.

I found out some news. Here will not make any difference.Place I was let go from close to mutual, was very close to closing for trouble teens been locked up then for treatment. Due to budget cuts through county. County commission’s said beginning no staff from there be there. Held no one from there showed up until last day. 22-year supervisor female showed up pleaded and begged to give the place one year longer, granted. Found out when I interviewed another place the female was terminated. The place for teens 17adult staff was let go to force reduced payroll budget. They can hold 49 teens down to less then 40 I say 30.

We will. We have not turned our furnace on. In two weeks sign up for two more classes.Getting closer to main course level.

♥Kab♥ – That’s a sad situation. It will probably cost more later and hurt the community because some who will need to go there won’t be able to.

Hey all those teens do not think they need help. Parents want their sons placed there. The system that house troubled teens need worked done. The director has changed the format for first time affenders not sure includes AWOL’s. There was one Hispanic boy was brought in first time stayed the night and left, he was brough in 5 times. The ISo was getting frusted list him as awol. When a sheriff or PD picks teens boys or girls there is a place they take the to starts with J then parents go there and pay a fee where they see if there will be a court date. When those teens go to former place I worked at next to lake 20 miles from ICT they see opportunity bad judgement and leave. Means they are not ready to reform or do not want to go home to parents. Some teen boys do not want to go home who are placed there and will cause trouble such as fights. I have told some they have no idea what really goes on.

When a teen does something against rules and policy the issues is noted and logged in. an ISO is like an adult probation officer though they only work for children I’m not sure how young.

Good evening yes I am really talented, ha!, Sojo I tried to get rid of the other fb, I made mistake not deleting it first. I will wait until semester is over with then be done with both and start fresh. Autumn Bash is going really strong. 3 of us worked the fishing. One teen did whole account of pokeman game totall detail. I and another girl wanted to end then he started doing sound affects of fishing. This we like and so did the kids. We told him keep it up. I only wanted to serve 2 hours.Not sure if Sunday even get next assignment on Comp II.
