I once worked with a guy that ate cottage cheese and beet juice sandwiches and he chewed with his mouth open…. looked like a train wreck!

Rooster sauce: a type of hot chili sauce, especially used with Thai food.

    Didn’t know that.

Sriracha aka rooster sauce is great on everything. hot peppers and garlic without the vinegar that Tabasco has.

The Cholula chili lime sauce would be perfect on cottage cheese. The only difference between it and dip is you use a spoon…

Think there’s a backstory to Sriracha sauce: It apparently was a home recipe of a Vietnamese refuge (one of the ‘boatpeople’) that came to America during the fall of Saigon. He marketed the idea & now he’s a multimillionaire….gotta love this country!

President Ford had cottage cheese and ketchup as a snack. Some other sources have said that he used A-1 steak sauce. Perhaps he found it quicker to grab the A-1 instead of ask for a bottle of ketchup.

Love the Sriracha sauce—nice garlicky flavor, unlike the vinegary taste of Tabasco—especially when it gets old. Denny’s carries a hot sauce that is very flavorful, too.
