I believe the word is clueless, Sir..Has he:used white out on his wordprocessing monitor?Cut and pasted receipts and forms onto the computer?Turn off the computer when it asked if you wanted to close a screen?

That is a CD drive — a slot load type. Even the older, 1st generation iMacs never had floppy drives.
