Mining the litter box, that sounds like a Guard Duck move than a Snuffles move. Considering all the illegal activities Snuffles has been involved in in the past, I’m surprised Bootsie was sold off by Snuffles.

Mr. Snuffles is deceptively lovable and harmless-looking, when in fact he is even more cold-blooded than Li’l Guard Duck! Indeed, I’d like to see Mr. Snuffles and Cybil (of the Lio strip) get together: that would be a dangerous couple! Meanwhile isn’t anyone concerned over Zeeba Neighba’s condition (I’m assuming that Bootsies was “expendable”)?
