Heart and Dean hang out a lot,so she was bound to soak up some of the dialogue from the movie from Dean,maybe even seeing the movies herself,at least once. As for the hitting,she’s just lovingly trying to cure Dean of his Star Wars addiction. Don’t think it’s gonna work,though. He’s too knee-deep.
