C’mon dad, what possible harm…..oh, nevermind. Bad idea.

It wasn’t all that long ago that Eddie asked for a tranquilizer gun, today it’s a Taser. What’s next. a Mk.19 automatic grenade launcher?Puleeeeze, I won’t play with it in the house.

Here’s what I was thinking- Eddie gets the taser, but only if Toby’s grades aren’t up to scratch. There’d have to be some other rules… if Eddie uses it on Toby, toby gets it for a week, blah, blah. The secret of good storytelling is tension!

But what if I…… No. Thanks @greg cravens for making Larry boring and sane for today’s strip. I know its just a comic and kids will ask for EVERYTHING! they think is cool, neat, fun ….. and there are some really good jokes out there about tasers……but.,,,, tasers not cool. Bettter than getting shot, but never cool.

Ask for a bb gun. My parents would have said no to a taser, but they said yes to that before I got my first .22.
