the dream bubble only showed the part about lio stealing the bag from santa, not the part when bubbles stole his beard and mustache

i just also noticed that lio’s stuffed bunny looks just almost like the stuffed bunny hunny is holding in my profile picture without the sharp buckteeth …

My take: When Bubbles stole the beard, it was from the department store Santa – Lio is remembering in a dream when he stole the loot from the real Santa during his flight, and now that Santa has made it to Lio’s house, it’ payback time. (Coal … or something worse for this very-special young man?)

    OR:

Lio only dreamed of the Santa rip-off (the Bubbles incident was real) – and now the man himself has finally arrived and … “he see you when you’re sleeping…”, hence, he can see Lio’s dream of stealing all the toys. And again, what will he leave Lio after witnessing this?

    OR:

Maybe Mark T. is on Christmas vacation and tuned it over to David Lynch for the week.

    Merry Christmas!

Too bad, but before Lio wakes up, the monster under the bed will have destroyed santa.

Aw, I was hoping it would turn into a Diana and Acteon end to the story, except without the dogs. And only temporary. And with reindeer, not a stag..(Ancient Greek Mythology again).
