Cain was never a serious candidate anway; he has no campaign organization on the ground in any one of the primary states.

I believe it was a wise, old sage, named Groucho Marx who said it best:

“Those are my principles. If you don’t like them…well, I have others”

Simon, this has nothing to do with the cartoon, but your Groucho quote reminded me of this, from Philip Marlowe:

“I don’t mind if you don’t like my manners. They’re pretty bad. I grieve over them during the long winter nights.” — The Big Sleep

The Republicans will end up taking Romney to the dance, …. once they’ve eliminated EVERY OTHER POSSIBLE contender. Romney should be mortified. It’s like a middle school settle.

Once again, Tigger, you can the Democrats’ nominee, or you can be the Democratic nominee, but you can’t be the ’Democrat nominee". Democrat is a noun, not a adjective. Did you skip grade school, Tigger? Canadian, Republican, German, Christian are all both noun and adjective. Spaniard, Democrat, Jew, Aristocrat, and Pole are nouns, but not adjectives; while Spanish, Democratic, Jewish, Aristocratic, and Polish are adjectives, not nouns.

When you say “Democrat Nominee” it’s just the same as wearing a button that says “I Are Ignorant.”

I hate to see you looking bad.

“• Obama is…viable(Republican) candidate …he out does GWB in immigration” and War and Spending Cuts and EPA muzzling. These are good points. If Obama gets the Republican Nomination, the Democrats will win by default. Could this happen? Only in America. LOL.
