Congratulations, Uncle Sam! You’ve been talking about trimming the fat for years, and you’ve finally pared him down to the bone. But I thought you meant excess waste (and waist!) in the gov’t—not the poor schleps who pay taxes to keep you going.

I’ve removed the time periods from my resume. As soon as I meet the interviewer, I know I’m automatically eliminated as being too old.
