Voice 1: Okay, we have a response... Voice 2: ...A new line of "Occupy Wall Street" credit cards that we can offer them at a deceptive introductory rate...
Wall Street is totally insulated from the message but not blind to the opportunities. If they could only bundle the risk on the cards…… can you say derivative?
Um…what? The GOP has taken care of that by making bankruptcy far harder for private individuals (at the same time that banks were savagely foreclosing) and easier for businesses (note the bailout).
Can’t we agree that it is not anyOne person or groups fault… not even the 1%’s… It’s the “Whole $ystem” and it’s getting wor$e! That is what the 99% is concerned about… One man can not fix this. Hello – that is why you don’t see Obama 2012 signs in the parks! but sadly… he’s still Much Better than Any of the wishfuls that are not listening to the 99%!!!
Why are you surprised that people who put money first in their lives, have more of it?
We call hoarders of stuff sick people they are a detrement to themselves and others. People who put money first are just a detremental. They don’t care about people and only care about themselves. To achieve their lifestyle they will run anyone over who they think is a threat to their prosperity. The only difference between them is that one has LAWS that discourage hoarding of stuff while the other has LAWS that encourage his or her behavior.
“How many of the people in the bottom 90% want to make the personal sacrifices required to join the top 10%?”
Some people just want to WORK period. Some people want a comfortable life style (a house, a wife/husband/ and a pickett fence). Not everybody wants to be a millionaire. Yet there are people out there willing to destroy that dream in order to put another penny on top of their pile of gold by whatever means necessary. Just cuz they have doesn’t mean that they earned, but rather they took from others in ways that were once illegal.
^ahab, variants of this have been going on for decades. The “flip side” is American companies producing many times the legitimately prescribed amounts of “controlled drugs”, selling them on the black market through, gee, “south of the border sources” and killing American kids. A classmate died from an O.D. due to this- in 1962! It’s still going on. Ask Rush.
^Just more reason to get rid of EPA, CDC, NEPA, and all those horrible laws, regulations, and agencies that “destroy jobs” and stand in the way of profits? Which, the REAL Wall Street IS impacting YOUR street, and maybe rivers, streams, and ponds, it is a case of “follow the money”, that is beyond TEA party comprehension.

Beautifully done! Now if they said that with an 18th century French accent, we’d be about right.

And you forgot to add that ALL of the Republicans voted for that piece of legislation along with him.

They would but Reagan and the cons thought that’s a bad idea (Johnny might start asking questions like "why are interest rates so high).

“All the millionaires and upper-6-digitaires I know started with nothing.”
Are you saying that the Koch brothers started with nothing? If that’s the case I have a bridge sell you.
