@sYeah, creating jobs, getting the rich to pay their fair share of taxes, addressing the deficit, ensuring that most people have health care coverage, protecting the environment (without backing down)…that all has to fail.I think for America to succeed, blind, rabid partisanship must fail.
Your current avatar speaks volumes. I know you enjoy trolling, but do you have any other goals in posting than trying to rile folks up? Are you capable of making a cogent argument for your point of view and listening to contrary opinions with an open mind?
@HowgozitWhether they have happened yet or not in the US is beside the point. I believe they are (lobbyist’s influences aside) the goals of Obama’s policies. To want them to fail, to say they MUST fail seems quite partisan and shortsighted.
It’s a list of what President Obama has tried to do. It’s been difficult because of the mess left behind by the previous president and the lockstep refusal of the republicans to cooperate with anything that comes out of this Whitehouse, it could happen here if you guys would just stop getting in the way.
Once upon a time, both politicians and the people knew that governance was about compromise. No candidate or office-holder got entirely what they wanted, so they did the best with what they got.
Today, every candidate—irregardless of party—thinks that only they know what is good for the country, and that the Other Guys are traitorous villains. This all-or-nothing attitude puts politics above People, the exact opposite of what representative government is all about.
Class warfare by the social elite (not the middle class) and no evidence to support your claim. Come up with something better. Or would you rather send us to someone else’s blog to prove your “talking points”?
Add to the Obama hit list fast foods that do not please Michelle. Let’s request a take-out window off the White House kitchen. Then we can all get what she gets so easily and for “free”.
s, you’re such a coward. You didn’t like being called out on your avatar, so you changed it. Common, man. Suck it up and wear your disrespect for the president proudly for all to see.

Rush said he wants BHO’s “POLICIES” to fail, not him as a POTUS!
Get it straight.
