If you DON’T VOTE – you’ve already given up your MOST “basic” right…

    Your “Right to Complain” !!!

The Senate is about as low as you can go already.

Robert Heinlein said – “If you are part of a society that votes, then do so. There may be no candidates and no measures you want to vote for, but there are certain to be ones you want to vote against. In case of doubt, vote against. By this rule you will rarely go wrong. If this is too blind for your taste, consult some well-meaning fool (there is always one around) and ask his advice. Then vote the other way. This enables you to be a good citizen (if such is your wish) without spending the enormous amount of time on it that truly intelligent exercise of franchise requires.”

You’d have to look up to see the bottom from where the Senate is now!

Lower the Senate floor? It’s already lower than whale dung.

Strategically placed demolition charges during a full voting session should do the job.

Yeah, lower it right down into He!!. Let the devil deal with them – that’ll keep him busy long enough for the rest of us to get into Heaven before the devil knows what is happening.

Every single one, without exception. You don’t even have to switch parties, vote out all incumbents during the primary.

’m a hard-core liberal who gave up on the Democrats years ago. They have become Republican Lite. I now vote either Socialist or Green Party without regret.

This is a rare case of commentors on Shoe being unanimous in their sentiment. And that includes me.
