Totally agree with psychlady. So many times I have said the same thing! I WAS FLABBERGASTED WHEN MY WIFE SHOWED THIS ONE TO ME THIS MORNING BECAUSE This is MY submission and my third published in over 14 years.
But just don’t forget the coffee is there when you reach for the TP! Problems of older pluggers. I’ve had three accepted, too, and it’s such a rush. How about when you get a great idea for pluggers and then by the time you turn the ‘puter on, you can’t remember? &*%$#@! I hate when that happens!
Personally, I don’t think over/under matters much. Just be consistent in your house so you can find the end of the roll at night without having to turn on the light.
I don’t drink coffee much, or plan to spend THAT much in the bathroom! I do, however, us it for my cordless phone, which I finally got into the habit of carrying in with me!

‘Over’ for most people; ‘Under’ if you have an indoor cat. Helps to keep them from unrolling as they play “bat the roll”.
