Normally I have only moderate admiration for Rocket Hat, because his enemies are so incompetent. But unless those restraints were poorly applied, that was impressive of him.
I like how Omnipresent Man always seems to be somewhere in these super hero comics.
Omnipresent man is becoming my favorite “Super” hero…. but my favorite Supercomicrelief hero is the Knifeketer.
