Grilled zucchini is awesome! Only thing I can see missing is a 16oz. fillet mignon or bacon wrapped shrimp kbobs. BTW, felt in this heat is just wrong.
I agree on how great grilled zucchini is, but I like to add just a little dried oregano to mine. Slice them lengthwise, but not quite all the way and when they’re done you can fan them out for a nice effect.
