Is Kittywood a take off of Pittsburgh, PA area theme park Kennywood, which has the rights to use Garfield in its theme park?

Kennywood Park in Pittsburgh has a ride called GARFIELD’S NIGHTMARE – They quiz you with Garfield trivia while waiting in line. His nightmare involves food taking revenge on him!
