However, it IS racist to enforce laws against minorities if you don’t enforce them against non-minorities. “Selective enforcement” is a real and ongoing problem.
Because juxtaposing minorities against majorities implies that a minority is purely a numerical thing. That hasn’t been the case, politically, for many, many years. If a group designated a “minority” ever came to encompass a numerical majority of the voting public, they would still be regarded as a “minority” for political reasons.

The top speed of a coyote (40mph or so) is about the same for a 50cc Vespa scooter. Maybe that’s why Winslow doesn’t use it anymore?
