    My sentiments exactly! Bravo! I hope people remember this when they hear pols like Sarah-the-English-language-learner Palin campaign on “getting government out of the way” and other rants that it’s that ol’ evil government that interferes with the good life

    “The Republicans want to get the government off Exxon’s back…not your back.”

    Yep, and why we have leaded toys, and contaminated toothpaste and contaminated water and polluted air and falling bridges and undereducated kids and school buildings w/ vermin and ……….

    Yeah, right Harley…let the market drive ‘em out of business if they do wrong, and we can always punish them afterwards.

    Sure, a few people might die, or something, but that’s waaaayyy better than ( gasp! ) Government Regulation
