Cool tatoo, Deepal. David Spade had a Calvin tatoo done on Saturday Night Live by Sean Penn. It’s a real tatoo cuz he still had it in one of his later movies…can’t remember the name. A few of the regulars seem to be missing lately….little sister and the sheik…..maybe others , too. Anyone know where they are? They made some pretty funny comments.

Tattoos are ‘tacky’ no matter who they depict. Sorry, just my personal opinion.

I am a school bus driver, and I have kids like Calvin every day. I pray for the days when they are absent. The sheik has been awol for a while now.

Possible Spoiler: IIRC the whole incident with Calvin’s mom is because it’s the first day of the school year. Dealing with surly people (and I don’t mean just Moe) will make anyone grumpy!

This cartoon gave me a good laugh today. Calvin’s face reminds me a bit of what my grandfather looked like. Have a great week everybody….

Calvin needs the watch (and to learn to tell time) rather than Hobbes. Then he won’t get caught in these time warps. Or maybe he could build a robot that could tell him the time.

Deepal: I can’t say as I’ve ever seen a tattoo I particularly liked … until now! You should really consider getting Hobbes put on the other leg. After all, Calvin would be completely lost without his beloved best friend in the whole world somewhere near by!

@GretchensMom: i wud love to get hobbes on the other leg.. but my mom doesnt like tattoo.. so ie promised her i wont get any more.. but ive convinced my neice to get a hobbes.. so both of us together wil complete the picture
