Today one of the jurors selected on Tuesday came back and stated that she now had decided she can’t be impartial.
In the meantime, the prosecution wants Merchan to sanction Trump for five more violations of the gag order, including statements regarding jurors.
It sure smells like stochastic terrorism resulting in jury tampering to me!
