Yesterday’s all over and done with. Today is a new day and, hopefully for you and your mom, it will be a good day!(When I had “bad” days taking care of my mom and was exhausted and at wit’s end, it would creep into my head how horribly sad it would be when she’s passed on…and how much I would miss her and grieve. Then, even though it was a “bad” day, at least she was still here with me and it was another day that I would treasure having with her. Believe me, I would give anything to have some more days with her…good or bad. And, I know you know that. And, I know how hard it is for you, now. But, do treasure this time…it’s over before you know it, and there’s no going back. )

shikamoo, you was wondering where i get my links yesterday, since you were having trouble playing them. darn!that’s the last time I get my links at ’Amando’s Discount Links" I should have known that links don’t normally come that cheaply.Also, I should have been wary of buying links from a guy selling them out of the trunk of his car. But Amando was so personable and seemed trustworthy.I guess you get what you pay for

here’s really no mystery Stel ol’ bel. It just involved an extra step in the process involving another program “COMIC LIFE” that specializes in providing time saving tools for the creation of comics, either using photos or drawings from another program and then making it easy to supply word balloons and panels of different sizes. it’s really a fun program that I’ve used a lot.so, in this case I find the image I want ,then load it into Comic Life and slap a word balloon onto it and type in the words. then I save the result and then load it into Photobucket.

good morni…good afternoon people and pets.happy, happy, happy!!!@Citizen GROG!i think its for the same reason i used to. just to be…all of this morning. just busy. i probably wont be able to read all my comics until i get mom to bed tonight. just so much to do.mom is better today (so far) and we aren’t going anywhere today so i think it might stay that way today.one piece of bad news yesterday. i have a bad c.v. on the car.the good news. my sister and brother in law understands that they need to help me get the car to a mechanic and back.i am LOVEING my yard! so much to do! its FUN!happy, happy, happy!!!joy, joy, joy!!!untill bed time,everyone have a good, good, good, monday!

I really like your smiling sunflower! We just planted some sunflowers about 1½ wks. ago and they’re only between 6 and 7 inches so far. Those, purple irises and Stella d’Oro yellow lillies are my favorites! BTW, thanks for the parrots, too. They are beautiful!So, it’s an OK day today, then?

Tulip certainly led a very interesting and varied life! You should think about doing a regular strip…..?! Seriously!

(BTW, I checked out that site, and then was informed that our particular photo program (Roxio Photosuite) could do pretty much the same thing, which I didn’t realize. So, I’ll have to figure that out. I’ll catch up one of these days…)

Another busy day. I sanded the railings on the steps down to our dock, I watered the gardens, did laundry and cooked dinner. Tomorrow I get to stain the railings, mow and do more watering.

We don’t have to do much watering here. Rain is in the forecast pretty much through mid next week, at least. I like summer but not when rain is in the forecast every day. It may as well be winter.

And with that rant, I will call it a night.
