His supporters are saying that “bloodbath” is just a metaphor for a significant political win, kind of like “if our competitor gets the contract it will be a real bloodbath for us”.

You can believe that if you want to. I don’t.

The christian conservative MAGAs are slowly learning the general populace isn’t as stupid and gullible as they are. And it’s frightening them.

Imagine the howls of rage coming from the right had Biden said “If I lose there’s going to be a bloodbath”.

Let’s go with the MAGA excuse that he “merely” meant it metaphorically, Why then, do all his metaphors reference violence. That says a lot about his underlying psychological values.

Making America Great Again Through Dictatorship.

I have a new name for Trump: Donald the Defiler. Trump defiled our national anthem when he dedicated it to the January 6th insurrectionists who beat police, ransacked the Capitol and threatened the life of the Vice President. Yet he praises them as heroes, patriots, political prisoners, and hostages and honors them with the Star-Spangled Banner.

Trump indorsed NC gubernatorial candidate Robinson, arguably the most hate-filled man in America calling him, “Martin Luther King, Jr. on steroids” Defiling MLK’s grave would be a kinder insult.

He defiled my heritage by calling my grandparents “animals” and “vermin” just for coming here and accuses them of “poisoning the blood of the country” when they conceived my father who went on to defend America and fight fascism as a bombardier in B-17s.

He defiled me and my oath to the Constitution by calling me a “sucker and loser” for serving my country in uniform.

Trump has defiled every decent American value.

I’ve been hearing the word ‘bloodbath’ 10 times a day on MSNBC, ABC, CBS, CNN, and Fox for over a year now. That flag has been up the pole so long its faded to pink.

I guess his apologists have finally realized that calling his hateful statements “jokes” doesn’t fly.

Here’s the thing: jokes, by definition, are funny.

Can’t like this one. Too likely to become a part of our rapidly deteriorating present. A presidential candidate who is loudly suggesting bloody insurrection in an attempt to coerce the vote from a population too fractured to hold a single thought.

My concern: he touts violence and bloodshed if he isn’t elected. What kinds of actions will he take against people he doesn’t like if he is elected?

The presidential oath of office includes the phrase: and will to the best of my Ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States. He took that oath in 2016. He blew it. And, from everything he says and does, he very likely will do that again.

    Signs of Fascism

Appeal to middle class frightened by economic rising from lower groups

Appeal to fear of those not white and Christian

    Embracing conspiracy plots

Saying the enemy is too strong and too weak depending on the point

    Claiming others are weak

Creating own media by saying mainstream media is lying

Rejecting both science and the educated

Violent action must be taken now

    Sound like anyone you know?

Actually, I’m going to expand the definition of “Luddite” a bit and call Trump a “Luddite”, I’m tired of referring to him as an “idiot”, and besides, that gives all the REAL “idiots” a bad name…

There aren’t enough eye-rolls to give for this ludicrous perpetuation of a quote taken completely out of context, nor for the inane Leftist comments made in response to this propaganda, I mean, political cartoon.
