That’s a magic wand all right, all you have to do is just wave it in the air & threaten to touch people with it & watch how fast they disappear.
Hey, make sure that sceptre is clean before you return it to Pa Ubu!! He only loaned it to you!!
Toilet paper was evidently not invented yet as I saw none in the last panel.
It may be hidden by the tank.
