Funny. Up to this very moment it never occured to me that Wallace could not be a vegetarian, regarding his general approach to other beings. But then, thinking of his father’s occupation, it is obvious that it is improbable.

And I guess there are enough comics proving my general assumption wrong directly.

I like the way that the blonde girl’s pronunciation of “Wallace” is in a different font (different style?). “WaLLace,” with the vowels raised above the consonants.

Love how Wallace’s response implies he’d be open to giving it a try.

Add a bit of garlic, fry them a bit, call them escargots and you have a very tasty French dish.

I never like slugs, but some friends and relatives really like it. Wallace has to try and Amelia too.

Mmmm. Garlicky rubber. This kid has the right idea.

When you hear a rumor go to the source.

Amelia can give him the heads up that she stabs him in the back-to his face.

It’s “Never let the facts get in the way of a good story” false gossip like this—-or, as George Harrison called it, “Devil’s Radio”—-that leads to humiliation, depression, suicide, murder, and, oh yeah, wars.
