Yes, we think we want more choices, but it really just makes our lives more complicated.

Old way vs new way for technology travel. We here go no where for travel. No different scenery.

We never wanted more choices; we wanted lower prices. The airlines created complicated rules & restrictions to make simple price comparisons impossible.
I also don’t like to waste time shopping for electricity. The electric power grid is still a monopoly. Deregulation only added a layer of marketing that increased the cost.
