Nelson wouldn’t last the days of positioning the rabbit ears and running back and forth as the human remote. Or managing the time with unavoidable commercials.
The correct answer, in caveman speak, is that it is just another channel in the TV. But it is a special channel, and you get to choose from a big list of what to watch.
I have several streaming services. I stream a local channel for local news. They have an ad that tells me about the local streaming channel with all kinds of content but doesn’t mention how to access it. That makes me a caveman.
Would love to see how the kids today would react to one day in the era of - not all TV’s were in color- you had to get up to change the TV station.- your tv only got 7 stations.- you needed your paper tv guide to see what was even on those stations.you also had to- rotary dial 7-10 numbers to make a phone call- after you got permission to make that phone call.. it costs money!- you left the house and NO ONE could get you until you got home!- There was actually children on every street at night and every summer day!You were happy just to have 1 family car!Water was always free!!!And that was considered living the American Dream.Today you hear, I want, I need, get me, give me, I deserve it!…. and that is not just from the kiddies!
I can’t really believe that the Pickles have managed to sync their TV with their internet in order to get streaming services on the TV. Nor that they have subscribed to Hulu without knowing what it is. But yeah, it’s a comic, I get it.

Children watching Hulu, Tictoc, facebook ETC has been proven to be harmful to undeveloped brains. IT IS unhealthy BUT lets climb on Earl

Nelson seems to be a little disgusted that Earl knows nothing about Hulu.

It’s okay, Earl, you’d just sleep through it anyway.

My last jobs before retirement were sitting in front of a screen all day. Then it was a 17" CRT monitor, now it’s a 27" LCD.

Which clearly illustrates why this 77 y/o guy has a surplus 75ohm FM antenna hanging out the window…..streaming and hulu are just too much to absorb.
