What do you call 1,000 lawyers at the bottom of the ocean?

    A good start.

You are in a boat with a lawyer, Hitler and Putin. You have a gun, but only 2 bullets. What do you do?

    You shoot the lawyer twice.

I can just picture a robo-lawyer in a classic Sammy Hagar music video.

I did some research on Ancestry and discovered my forebears were all boring middle class people – no horse thieves, road agents, or pirates in the bunch. The only thing that made up for it? We had lawyers.

My neighbor is a lawyer and that describes him to a ‘T’. What an a$$ he is. The neighbors just avoid him.

If everyone were honest and reasonable, no one would need lawyers. Just remember that.

The person who doesn’t care how much you know until he knows how much you care will be disappointed. Wrongly. The assumption is the uncaring will not work as hard. Sometimes this is true but a caring person who doesn’t know is unlikely to do as well as one who does.

Woe to you lawyers! For you have taken away the key of knowledge; you did not enter yourselves, and you hindered those who were entering. – Luke 11:52 (RSV)
