Kevin McCarthy lost the vote but has already moved into the Speaker’s Office.

Donald Trump lost the vote but refused to leave the Oval Office.

Kari Lake lost the vote but encouraged people to call her “Governor” anyway.

Republicans aren’t good at democracy, or counting apparently.

“Republican Leadership” is a oxymoron.

Might John Boehner be quietly smiling back in Ohio?

After failing a second ballot, Ken-doll McCarthy is looking more like dumpster toast.

The former president’s “mccarthy ventriloquist doll” is not a good choice. He is still way too orange, and is already known for cowtowing to power. Just a bit weak on ethics to say the least.

GOP removes metal detectors from House three days before Jan. 6 anniversary

According to Axios, one of the first actions of the new Republican-controlled House of Representatives was to remove metal detectors outside of the House chambers.The move comes just days before the upcoming second anniversary of the Jan. 6 attacks.

The “revolution” eating its own. Very common in history.

I’m reading this just after McCarthy has lost third vote. He doesn’t strike as someone who admit defeat. This will be an interesting waste of time.

I’m getting a grin or two out of Gym Jordan trying to get those bozos to vote for McCarthy instead of for him. It ain’t workin’.

Trump, Trump, Trump! Sorry I forgot he never won a majority of the vote in any election. How about Cheney, I heard she not doing anything now.

That should read “GOP”…that whole d@mned party is a dumpsterfire.
