Well, back when tRump got Covid19, the vaccine was not available yet and people were still dying like flies, so it was reasonable to presume that he might succumb to the “Democratic hoax bioweapon from China”, as Trump claimed it to be.

Citizens were angry at Trump because of HIS inactions. Covid was in Blue cities and Blue states at first.

I do recall some commenting that Trump was getting treatment that was not readily available to other Americans as an indictment of America’s 2nd rate healthcare system. But, I don’t recall the mainstream media wishing Trump was dead.

Gary, a few things about Trump vs. Biden concerning Covid. First, Trump got Covid before vaccines became widely available. Also, he got the Covid antiviral treatments that were not yet available to the general public. When Biden got Covid, he was fully vaxxed and boosted so he has only gotten a mild case and is currently recovering. Even when Trump was sick, I did not wish him dead. Much as I dislike him, I do not wish death on anyone.

Amazing how the former president suffered so greatly from his infection, in the hospital receiving all the latest treatments and barely pulled through. Now the allegedly frail and weak President Biden is barely affected with minor symptoms. What a fake joke that former guy was, glad he is gone now.

Because President Pence sounds so much better than President Harris.

Another viewpoint, MSM wanted Trump out so Pence could take over. And MSM wants Biden to survive so Harris don’t take over.

Well, let’s see. Trump with Covid insisted on exposing his driver and SS agents in a drive around to wave at his minions while Biden isolated so he wouldn’t infect others. Which do you think is more deserving of praise?

Alas, I was not able to open it at the time…yet.

I had a neighbor who complained about everything, never mowed his yard, filed false police reports against neighbors and did nuisance lawsuits. I had another neighbor who had backyard BBQs and invited lots of people, shoveled an elderly neighbors walk regularly after snow, and kept his yard looking very nice. Both died of covid. Guess for which I mourned and for which I didn’t…

I can’t say that for the media, though collectively they’re the GQP strawman for the non-Fox factual reporters. I’m wondering if there is any influence on the media maybe due to a noticeable difference between the two cases of Covid as far as timing, transparency, etc..
