Yeah, ever since I upgraded to Windows 10.

OpenSuse Tumbleweed Linux. It tells me that it has updates available at a rate that I set. I do them weekly. I can do the update at my leisure in the background and then do a reboot if needed when I want.

That must be Macrosoft Windows of the medieval ages.

At least it ain’t the blue screen of death.

The ghoul doesn’t like arrows or spears any better than anyone else.

I can tell when an update is downloading because the gears on my old pc start grinding.

One of the ironies of life! Every time that windows updates, the computer works slower or with more hiccups than it did BEFORE the update!

Well, frankly, if you have a Windows Operating System in your cauldron you are just asking for trouble. It may be easier to use but the Unix version is more reliable.

Another variation on Murphy’s Law: When there is a problem that needs to be immediately solved on one’s computer, it’s running an update that takes a few weeks (slight exaggeration?) to install. In Wiz’s case, it’s his cauldron.

And I thought Wiz made all of his own magic. Never occurred to me that he just bought it off the shelf. I am a little less impressed with his magic now.

I just ordered a new laptop. It comes with Windows 10. I plan on deleting it and replacing it with a Linux OS immediately.

Please insert boot disk.

Gotta love a system that is so full of flaws, weaknesses and inefficiencies that it needs nearly daily updates.
