No righties trying to justify this stinking load yet?
I hope Barry continues to fail to gloat.
He was just there when the plan came together.
& knows it. Attn: white house speech writers.
We should also acknowledge those who tried to make it impossible, by diverting all our resources to Iraq, by ignoring intelligence reports since 2005 that bin Laden was in Pakistan, by removing translators from the military intelligence for no legitimate reason, by outing CIA spies devoted to fighting terrorism. Despite all this, somehow liberal competence was able to overcome conservative incompetence. And for that, we thank our President - he didn’t fire the shot, he didn’t plan the mission, but by not being a neocon, he DID make this possible.
^Well said, but it appears the Prez was more hands-on than normal for a CIC. The toon is a blatant and despicable pandering to his detractors, who appear to be mainly cons with reptilian intellects.
Ian Rey’s comments are 100% correct, and only list about 20% of the Bush/Cheney errors and screwups. The Bush administration WAS the model of “creating your own facts”.
Christine Amanpour commented in 2008 that bin Laden was more likely in a villa in Pakistan than a cave anywhere. That was something most anticipated since the invasion of Afghanistan, and BEFORE invading Iraq. It wasn’t so much an indictment of Pakistan, as a realization of who this guy really was, and what “safety” he could buy, by hiding “in plain sight”. Our Marshal’s service and the witness relocation program are an example of how it works right here at home.
Defending right-wing cowards and idiots; the lunatic fringe that has become “the base”, and mainstream of the current “republican party” (note quotes and lower case) has damaged not only the lost GOP, but the entire nation, including our security, financially, environmentally, morally, and ethically.
“Liberal” btw MEANS “intelligent and open to new ideas and concepts”- it isn’t just a political “thing”, but certainly applies literally today as opposed to “conservative” - failures.
I don’t mind distorting what he said, but when you get to point of just making sh*t up, it’s time to turn in your pens and admit you’ve got nothing to say.
I love to see all the righties spitting and sputtering without a fact to stand on. It hurts them soooooo bad to see Obama get any positive press. They’ll have to go on down to Texas to get the history books rewritten the way they are trying to spin the truth.
It is all about him and politics of his reelection …!!!
He would not even allow the intelligence services any time to analyze the collected data, for he had to address the nation - to claim the glory.
He deserves and I have given him big kudos for having had the bolls to finally act as an American President, but the aftermath is all about his political objectives …!!!

I believe this is a blatantly false representation, by Mr. Gorrell.
