Ah ain’t seein no steenkin faces. I’m off to the VA to replace the meds my cat stole, or my psychotic significant other.

When birds get worms, do they drag their tail feathers across my just cleaned carpet?

Angels With Dirt Faces, Montana Lady?

The feathers on the bottom edge of the near wing fade in and out as a series of bird faces for me.

I prefer MY worms to be of gelatin, artificial flavour, and Red #3, Blue #2, and “natural” colours.

Thom, nicely drawn bird! Love the way you worked hands into the wings. I’ve noticed that doves act as if they had hands (attacking with wings-not the beak as other birds do). Birds fight over the food I give them, and I love to watch.

Perhaps some Mezcal as an appropriate beverage.

If he had a case of worms, he wouldn’t need the wild ones.

How many worms are in a case anyway?

The Diet of Worms begat the Protestant reformation…. Thom has shown us the very beginning of that movement.

    Birdbrainac Alert!

Hello to the Tribe and others. You may have noticed the last couple days’ cartoons looking somewhat different than my usual. I’ve been foisting some of my older work on you. These are cartoons never posted here, so they’re not really repeats, but they are different. As a result, there are not nearly as many “hidden” things in the art. I’ve been very concerned that Lew may be getting overdosed, so in a brave act of compassion, I’ve eased up on hidden artifacts, like faces… however, that will change when he least expects it. Muhahahahaha.

Anyway, just wanted to touch bases with the BEST READERS IN ALL OF COMICDOM!

And thank you all again for reading this dull, if not strange, cartoon.

    Thom

    Birdbrainiacs Ahoy!

Just so you know, I said “eased up,” not “erased up” the extras. I’ve always put “stuff” in my cartoons, though not in every one (most, though). Usually, if there is a texture, there’s a… well… you find ‘em.

Thanks again to all of you!! I do have the best readers of all!

    Muhahahahaaaaa!

    Thom
