I support an impeachment. I’m not strongly against Trump, nor am I in favor of Mike Pence in the Oval Office. But, this impeachment will without a doubt stall Congress for months where they get nothing done. Even if this impeachment happens, they will probably never be able to get the full thing through.
I honestly believe Trump chose Mike Pence as his VP because no one likes Trump, but they also don’t want Pence running the country either. They’ll say he’s better than Trump, but they’re probably both equally bad. It’d be best for Democrats to focus on the election, because that is what will effectively stop Trump.
Wishful thinking would be sweet revenge, Pence goes first, the Bonespurs, and Pelosi moves into the White House. Not so much a Democratic dream as a well-deserved Republican’s nightmare.
Hey Lalo, how come you’re not showing up as “Updated Today” any more in my “Comics I Follow”? That’s been going on for months & I don’t want to miss any of your AWSUMOSITY!
Unfortunately, this is an illustration of why the Dems can’t win elections. They are clueless when it comes to putting together a platform, a plan of action or delivering a message. The fact that there is so much internal debate over impeachment when Trump’s unconstitutional and criminal acts are in plain sight just reinforces their image of indecision and disunity. It’s hard to blame those members of the voting public who are swayed by the clear, direct messaging of the Republican’s, even if that messaging is deliberately dishonest, disingenuous and misleading.

As much as it’s like setting off an expensive and very longterm stink bomb, impeachment has become a necessary evil to remove an unnecessary evil.
