So, generosity is considered a fault in unicorns?

Unicorn culture doesn’t sound fun at all.

Without selfishness, we’d all be making ourselves dirt poor.

And that’s why I never get along with unicorns.

Marigold always walks the tightrope and hits the Goldilocks spot of being self-centered without (somehow! unicorn magic?) ever being obnoxious. Then again, if she’d never met Phoebe, she might be very obnoxious, indeed. (I freely admit that I never got the whole unicorn thing. My sister collects them, and when I helped her move, I labelled a box of the dang things “silly ridiculous horse-like objects.” Yet this is one of my favorite current comic strips. Why? The tightrope, the Goldilocks spot, and unicorn magic!)

Ah yes. just how I like it – Well done!

Now Sarah Silverman will come up and do four minutes of shocking and obscenity-laden jokes on Marigold.
